Spring Racing Edit

Racing Season is fast approaching and we have put together a style guide to help you navigate through Derby Day, Melbourne Cup, Oaks Day and Stakes Day with the most appropriate stand out styles.

Derby Day

Derby Day is strictly monochrome, for an outfit try the Montenegro Top in Black and the Nola Skirt in white. If a dress is your preference, go for the Monaco Dress or the Amalfi Dress. However just because it’s monochrome doesn’t mean you have to wear both black and white, try our Otranto Jumpsuit in all white.

Oaks Day

For Oaks Day, think florals and feminine silhouettes in a soft, spring-ready palette. Take it up a notch in a dress and opt for the Maldives Pleat Dress featuring the softest shade of blush and a classy pleated skirt. For an outfit where you can mix and match, pair the Nola Skirt with the long sleeve Eve Top. Choose to wear the Eve Top on or off the shoulder; the print is the perfect soft floral for Oaks Day. Or if prints aren’t your thing wear the Adriatic Dress in satin copper.

Melbourne Cup

For Melbourne Cup it’s all about show stopping pieces, go for a bold one shoulder dress like the Monte Carlo Dress in red or the Medina Dress, an off shoulder ruffle dress in bright fuschia. If a mini dress is your thing try the double ruffle Alexia Dress made from a soft organza it makes the perfect statement piece.

Stakes Day

Stakes Day has a distinctly relaxed feel, forget the rules and trust your instincts. Try something playful like a fun new colour such as our Aperol Dress in Coral. Or a relaxed floaty dress like our Terrazzo Dress, which features a handkerchief hemline and a floral print.
