HOW TO JOIN

Provide your name, valid email address, date of birth (if you wish to receive the birthday reward) and mobile phone number, either in store or at freshsoulclothing.com
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address to join

THE REWARDS

Members will receive the following benefits:

Birthday Surprise: You will receive one $25 birthday voucher. Reward will be sent 7 days before your birthday. You will only receive this reward if you have decided to provide your birthday date.

Spend and Earn: You will receive one $25 voucher to spend on your next purchase, for every 500 points you earn on your rewards account.

These rewards will be loaded onto your FS Rewards account and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. These rewards will automatically expire on the stated date. The vouchers can be used in-store or online. These offers can be used on full priced items and sale items. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

These rewards are valid for one time transaction use only. If you redeem your reward and wish to exchange or return your item, your reward will be forfeited.

FS Rewards are redeemable on all merchandise (excluding purchases of gift cards and delivery fees) at Fresh Soul stores in Australia or online at freshsoulclothing.com only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Qualifying purchases can only be made at Fresh Soul Clothing stores in Australia or online at freshsoulclothing.com Purchases made outside Australia or from department stores or third party websites are excluded from the Program.
Rewards and Offers may only be redeemed at Fresh Soul Clothing stores in Australia or online at freshsoulclothing.com
Rewards and Offers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash; are valid for one transaction; cannot be used to buy gift cards; cannot be used to pay delivery fees; are forfeited if the purchase is returned; and automatically expire on the stated date. No change will be given for any unused portion of a Reward or Offer. Lost or stolen Rewards or Offers will not be replaced.
Fresh Soul Clothing reserves the right to amend or stipulate additional terms and conditions for any Program Rewards or Offers, which will be provided at the time of each Reward or Offer.
Fresh Soul Clothing reserves the right to offer members only exclusives and promotions at any given time. This promotion could exclude non account holders ie customer who are not yet a FS Rewards members.

No transfer: Membership accounts or Rewards or Offers cannot be assigned, transferred or combined with other accounts

At any time, Members may only have one account to the FS Rewards Program
Discontinuation: Fresh Soul Clothing may at any time by notice to members, amend, discontinue, withdraw or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.
Fresh Soul Clothing reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the FS Rewards Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.

Fresh Soul Clothing may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to provide proof of identification (in a form requested by Fresh Soul Clothing) for Fresh Soul Clothing to verify the authenticity of a Member’s membership and compliance with the Member Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a Member’s involvement in the FS Rewards Program.

Currency

All amounts stated in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars.
This Program commences in Australia on 1 September 2019 in-store and online, any purchases you make before this date are not included.
