New Zealand

  • $9.95AUD standard shipping on orders under $100AUD.
  • $20AUD express shipping on all orders.

  • Standard shipping within Australia can take 2-7 business days after dispatch, but can vary depending on your postcode.
  • Express shipping within Australia can take up to 1-4 business days after dispatch, but could vary depending on your postcode.
  • Delivery times do not include dispatch times.
  • Once an order is dispatched, your order is the responsibility of each carriers network. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged, lost, stolen or delayed parcels during transit.

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout, after 3pm AEST.

  • Orders sent via Australia post can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au

FRESH SOUL clothing cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Fresh Soul will not refund or credit a customer for their order when a parcel is being "returned to sender" due to it being unclaimed, not delivered or where a customer has incorrectly entered their own address. Fresh Soul will re-send the parcel to the customer once a $15 return shipping fee has been paid.

Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country.

They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. The order total will be re-calculated during checkout, once your delivery address is entered.

All prices listed are in Australia Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee.The final charge made to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.

All purchased delivered within Australia include 10% GST.

All orders shipped to the US will be delivered using Fedex. US orders are eligible for exchanges & refunds on full priced items only – please refer to our returns & exchange policy.
